Recording and playback at the console and Pitch stepping.

These systems are so flexible you can start out with the basic system, and add on any component in the future. 

If your console is detached from the organ, the only link between the console and organ is a thin data cable. 

Detached consoles can have a wireless link through networking cards and routers.
